After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

New Cafe Names - $50 for best name.

Racking my brain for a catchy name, planning to open these nationwide so something that appeals to a wide area...

Happy to send $50 for the best suggestion. thanks.

  • "crema arena" "latte art" (I would expect you would need to be truthful to that one) "time for coffee" "sexy coffee" "caffienated" "bean there"
  • "the set" "spoonfed" "volume" "tabloid"
  • Mate, if you've got a budget to open a bunch of cafe's nation wide, then try adding another two zero's to your offer, then we will start talking ACG

Personally, I don't agree with this comment.  I have received free advice from this forum....and given free advice (sometimes good advice I hope). The man asked for some ideas.  If you don't want to help....fair enough.  But did you really need to go on the attack ?
  • Thanks. Any support is greatly appreciated :)
  • my apologies, it just strikes me as slightly unusual to be canvassing in this way.  I too have received plenty of free advice on this forum.  I do have some top notch ideas on this subject, but I am more likely to register them as business names than to part with them for nix. but that's just me best of luck with your new venture, we are all entitled to a little of that in this game. ACG
  • change of heart i think your cafe(s) should be called "The adventures of Spoon boy" (different stores can have different subtitles for example; "the adventures of spoonboy: attack of the suburbians") or "Please refer to figure 3"
  • Love the stores, the name really works well! Who would have thought ;) All the best, love your work!
  • I have always found that in creating a name it should reflect your values and the vision of your business. It should have meaning. What is your vision of the business, and perhaps we can come up with something. Other wise its like using a tinea cream add to sell tooth paste...
  • Hi My two cents. "Food And Drink" "Bun" (possibly the oldest word for coffee) "Quisher" (another old word for coffee) "EXT" (short for extraction) "The Bean Factory" "Resistence" (you want to create resistence in the extraction) "Toby's Estate" (oops thats allready been done) "Coffee Shop" Just a quick brainstorm Scottie
  • McCoffee ;D
    We have a winner!!!   ;D
