After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Do we have a Funny Pictures Thread??

I did a search and couldn't find one.

why not. Garlic espresso is suitable to keep demons away on hallows eve. Yuk. Pic below is me in a nutshell.
  • I like that. And here is my quick & dirty contribution resulting from trip to HOST coffee expo in Milano...got back in last night. The "twin towers" are the NH hotel at the exhibition site. The building on the left is also leaning but you cant see that because it leans back towards the (phone) camera. Designed that way, really freaky. The pedestrian crossings....well, what can you say about that. Found outside a nearby shopping mall. Could easily happen here....given as some of us live in faulty towers type council areas. The shop sign is most interesting and does reflect the current state of the retail market in Italy where capsules have exploded. I found it on an empty shop window and basically translates as Opening Soon: "Artisan Capsules" (presumably the name of the new shop and depending on personal opinion very possibly a contradiction in terms) Coffee in capsules and pods; Tea and infusions; Gift baskets; Wines from the Verona region. (Verona being a nearby city to where the picture was snapped, most famous for being the setting of Romeo and Juliet). Enjoy
  • another of the "twin towers" showing how they both lean.
  • quite like this one - as least they're honest, I guess. :)
  • Great thread Brett. [emoji3] Having a ball reading these. I did come across some really hilarious ones that are non coffee related which originated from China. I suspect a few westerners have assisted the chinese with a tongue in cheek with funny results on signage. Some of the toilet signs are a good source of humour.
  • Brilliant pics FC!  It's hard the fathom why anyone would embrace the construction challenge of 'out of square' but clearly so body had a little too much time and espresso!
  • a bit off topic (sorry, it's not coffee) but still think it's pretty good dR
  • What the heck I like it!
  • Oh dear... that's so good it's almost not funny.  With the advent of Charbucks coffee as a beverage has followed similar trend-lines so I reckon it's relevant here ;)
