Help identify this pen so I can buy refills....

So, I've got this pen and I went to use it to adjudicate a competition and of course It ran out halfway through the first performer.  Funny thing is, I like it but know nothing of pens.  Can anybody tell me the brand and make?  It's a Ballpoint, metal case and the refill is a Hauser 777 but when I searched for them, I got nothing in relation to the size etc of the refill.  Here is a bad photo I took in bed!  Saucy Eh!
