Barista Courses

Can anybody recommend a good Barista course in Brisbane?
I actually went to a cafe last week that advertises a course, had a flat white and received a very average coffee.  Needless to say I have scrubbed them from my possibles.  It may have been made by a student?

Speaking of students, I'd like my Uni age (couch potato) son to do a Barista course and get off his lazy chair and 'do something' as well. .. So I'm all ears too... : ear

I checked Wolff out and they looked good but they arent running a Barista course for a least a month or more. Their roasting course looks pretty good though Thanks.

The Wolff is a legend in the roasting area and his D&D cafe is of a very high calibre so I doubt you could go wrong with either course

Wolff is a great company, great solid fundamentals. I would also check out Veneziano in the West End, more entry level and some more in depth courses. Check them out!
