Sunbeam EM4800C problem need help

Hi CoffeePros!

I got a EM4800C off someone for free, the problem is there is no flow when I put it to brew, I can hear the pump and all but nothing comes out. When I turn off brew then a gush of steam comes out of the screen. But when I switch to steam, the steamwand works. I also noticed that the machine heats up really up and gives off a wierd smell...Tried removing the screen lock to look for any old coffee stuck there but didnt find any.

Please advise :X thank you

Ah, any ideas how I could remove the switch? Sorry really noob at machines... thank you!

Been some time since I tried myself.. But if you can figure it out, then DON't try as getting the switch plates back correctly (if you mess them up) is not so easy.. Where are you located... Some one may be able to assist, but after that.  Save your $ and look at getting something a little more suitable.
