My first thought on watching this chap's (lengthy) process was; No wonder people choose to drink instant at home! 😛
He says "I use complicate, time-consuming way to prevent clumps. The grinder is La San Marco SM91."
It may prevent/minimise the clumping but it certainly increases exposure to the surrounding environment of the grinds from the grinder to the extraction!
