DB, If you find yourself with a bit of spare time in Newcastle, contact my very dear friend Adrian at Peaberry's Coffee (tell him Carlini sent you to spy on him - he may even let you look at his Probat 60). Lovely guy. Cheers JC
Depending on your time factor DB, I'm semi retired, in Maitland and could have time to catch up for a round :coffee2: or two. Just PM me for details if interested. Agree with JC about Adrian though. He is a top guy to chat with and I'm sure he would show you around the roastery. Several years back I had the chance to train and help him with roasting, but wrongly assumed that my trade industrial "deafness" would hinder me in detecting the all important 'crack'. Sorry I made that choice now, considering my :coffee2: progression and the bouts of "upgraditis" associated with this coffee journey. There are two days in the week that you can't change anything. Yesterday and tomorrow. So, let's all make the best of today! Either way, enjoy your travels. Kevo
