Welcome to the forum Caffeinated and thanks for the information. Slowly the pieces of the puzzle slot together. My feeling is that Breville used the resources and knowledge of the specialist coffee industry for its own selfish ends, it never had any intention of allowing the smaller coffee retailers a piece of the action, the retailers have every right to feel miffed. Never stand between a large company and a big bag of money, they will do whatever it takes to get their hands on the cash, if it means pi*sing of a few small retailers, so what. :stir
