We can all buy machines these days but who (retailers) really knows their stuff and teaches anyone the hows and whys at point of sale.
Who does it the best ?

Yep, I couldn't put it better! we've bought our first Gaggia from a Retailer, and were looking to upgrade to a HX machine. We spoke to FC, but since he's in Canberra, we were looking for someone local in the eastern suburbs, where we can see the machine in action and be helped with the decision on the right for us. We came across Di Bartoli Coffee Centre just driving pass in Bondi Junction, and they helped us throughout the process and even delivered the machine to our home for free. They have a great set up with most HX machines operating, so you can have them all demonstrated and play with yourself. We

Like anything else, it pays to shop around, and establish a good rapport with a potential supplier - also, good after sales service is a must.
