she's apparently shooting a 'foodie' series in Seattle:
Q: The upcoming season of Top Chef will take place in the US coffee capital of Seattle. Will coffee play into any of the challenges?

A. "I don't think coffee plays that much into it. We didn't want to be obvious, so we didn't do that much with it"

mmm.. . top marks for honesty, I guess :-|

I love the fact that there is a recipe for cardamon coffee. It's like an acknowledgement that Nespresso is so bland you'd have to add stuff to make it palatable.
