We are a new cafe to the Sydney CBD and looking for an experienced barista to join our team. The barista is a critical role in our operation (obviously) and we are looking for someone who makes a great coffee, has a great attitude, enjoys being part of a team and loves building relationships with customers and colleagues. Previous experience absolutely essential - latte art is also a must as the customers love it! You must be prepared to grow with the business - this means managing coffee in the busy pre-work, morning tea and afternoon tea hours, pitching in on other cafe duties outside of those busy periods (running orders, keeping tables tidy).
