Hi Ian - thanks for this [& congratulations on Bar 9 being included]. Interestingly, we've covered most of these over the past year, except for Sensory Lab & Market Lane Coffee in Prahran [Melbourne]. Interested to know why they've included these and not great new Melbourne spots like Proud Mary and Seven Seeds... any comments welcome. A
