Great condition, usual wear and tear that boils down to light scuffing of the chrome.
Asking price is $3250, negotiable.
Pick up from Rozelle, Sydney... But, coincidentally, I now have a box and packaging that should fit this machine fairly exactly were it to require shipping at buyer's expense.

I purchased this grinder second hand about 12 months ago as a second grinder for single origins. Although it's a terrific grinder I only used it a few times and don't have space in the new kitchen for two grinders.

Quoting the original description below - it's had less than a kilo through it since I've had it and really is in exceptional condition.

Asking $1250, pick up from Abbotsford

Note that I also have a genuine Mazzer mini short hopper listed separately - this can be easily adapted to fit the Kony reducing height significantly.

Excellent condition Mazzer Kony E for sale. This has been my daily grinder for the past twelve months after selling my Elektra Nino. Recently purchased an Anfim Super Caimano and have decided to pass the Mazzer Kony E on to someone who will appreciate it.

Beautiful grinder. Excellent condition as per photos. Burr chamber vacuumed and brushed out every week. Burr carrier removed and a thorough clean of the burr chamber and greasing of the threads carried out every 2 months.

Hi all,

I'll soon be moving on the trusty Compak E10 Conic OD that's graced my bench since 2014. It's had 51KG of beans through it in that time, so barely broken in. :coffee2:

My new grinder should be arriving sometime in the next week or so, and I'd like to shift this on shortly thereafter due to limited bench & storage space in Sydney. Unless I can convince my wife we need a separate grinder for her milky coffees

It's a hell of a grinder - could easily be put to work in a cafe instead of a home, but we all know that.

This post is for Expressions Of Interest
Available in approx 2 weeks

Item - Grinder ( Big Boy Conical )
Brand and model - BNZ MD74
Condition 8.5 / 10

Extras - A set of new burrs (cost $200)

PRICE - $850.00 ONO
Plus shipping approx $60 (But free delivery in Brisbane)

- Replacement cost $2800 plus $200 for burrs

This grinder is equal to a Robur. But with a smaller footprint and height - Making it ideal for space challenged kitchens
Preferred and used by many barista champions

The grinder has had the Mercedes Benz treatment in my home and the current burrs have a fair bit of life in them

The commercial fill stop flap and the fill gauge has been removed from inside the doser and put aside
Now very easy for coffee to drop and sweep chute clean
NOTE - Can refit if desired but it’s not relevant in a home coffee station setup

PM me if you interested in a magic big boy conical grinder

Hi All,

With the release of the LONDINIUM R, I have a new machine winging it's way to me so it's time to move on my L1.

It's a second generation machine with the white pressure gauge and all handles/toggles solid wenge wood. Fantastic machine and in great shape - I'll post pics shortly, but only the drip has any significant scratches/scuffing, as is to be expected.

Purchased in early 2014/late 2013 it's been in daily operation ever since and has been maintained lovingly. Seals changed regularly. December 2016 the original pump was replaced with an updated vibe pump for speedier tank fill and the braided pressure hose replaced. It now has the new londinium custom seals installed that fixes an issue with slipping across all machines with this group. It comes with a naked PF also with wenge wood handles.

These retailed at £1650. With shipping & customs the landed cost is currently about $3300 AUD.

I'm looking for $2400 ONO, pick up only from Sydney.

Attached shots are older - will supply new ones if there's any interest.

Specs are here: https://londiniumespresso.com/specs - the difference between the LI and LR is the LI has a vibe pump rather than a rotary and an open thermosiphon.

Ideally I'd hold onto it until the new one arrives in the next couple of weeks.
All the usual accessories that were supplied in the box are available including the multi-lingual manual and the invaluable plastic tamper and spoon! I can also pitch in a couple of SS milk pitchers if desired.
Cup warmer has always had a latex type non-slip mat in place, so no scuffing there.

Somebody is bound to ask, so I’ll attempt to answer the “why are you selling?” now.
Basically I have been tempted (for the want of a better word) by the LM GS3. :P
Mainly, as some other lever owners have declared in the forums, my (height challenged) partner has struggled with its use. So in an effort to maintain peace and harmony in the house and to assist me in overcoming the loss of this fantastic machine, it’s being sold……. for a GS3.

ALSO: Selling a Mazzer Mini and Breville BCG800 Smart Grinder. (recouping more funds :P)

Mazzer was purchased from Di Bartoli in December 2011 but virtually had no use for the last 18 months or so, as I have been using a large BNZ with the Strega. Finger guard and tamper removed but still have them with the manual.
BCG800 is about 5 or 6 years old but only used for 1 plunger brew 5 days a week for 44 wks/yr over the last 4 years.
Both grinders work faultlessly, other than the BCG800’s ‘Start/Cancel button that has come loose and I just can’t permanently fit it back in. Stays in and works fine on the bench and only comes out when tipped over.
Mazzer: Asking $390
Breville: Asking $90.

As a GS3 owner, I can't see what all the fuss is about - IMO there are many comparable or superior options for better value.

The hype on these machines is absurd and subsequently so is the asking price.

Don't have time to run through a list of reasons why (and I need many fingers to count)......but take it from me as an owner of various machines, my GS3 would have to be the biggest disappointment to date. Even my Expobar Minore IV at home offers me far more joy.

Good luck with the sale of your Bezzera though and if you have your heart set on a GS3 for very personal or individual reasons that are important and/or valuable to you. then go for it.....

FOR SALE L1 Series 1 Melbourne, Australia

I 've just ordered an L1-P so my Series 1 L-1 is now for sale.

Orginally supplied with tank and pump it was later upgraded to plumbed in. All parts are included and I have both the solid and hatch top covers so that new owner has the option of either tank or plumbed operation. Steam arm is on the left when facing the machine.

The machine was originally equipped with the plastic handles however these were upgraded with Londinium wenge as soon as they became available.

The machine has been great and it would't be going if the L1-P didn't exist.

Seals and screen last changed in April 2015 and I also upgraded the steam arm and nozzle to the latest design at this time.

Asking 3K AUD and would prefer a local sale as I do not have the original packaging. I can ship but would insist of professional crating and this would likely cost a couple of hundred dollars.

Machine is in great condition buts it's not new. Usual wear from 2 to 4 coffees a day over the last 2 years.

Dear Lovers of coffee and coffee making processes,
I'm in the progress of setting up another Bezzera coffee machine is our staff room at my work (school),things have gone well with a single group Bezzera and I also have a Boeme single group set up as well together with a small Saeco auto (for people who can't be bothered with the coffee handling.)
This latest Bezzera two group unit was acquired from the big E (online),at less the $100,which was fine,no group handles though I have them now.
The problem is upon inspection for confirmation everything was good to go (before connection & energising)I noticed there was no water level controller!!!! What a bugger, well obviously was a problem for it's previous owner and the machines been made redundant and not bothered with (not sure why as they are great Italian engineering).
This leads me to the point of my posting,I need another controller and I can't justify a $300 replacement controller, just hoping some kind person has a functional /second hand unit laying about in the box of bits & pieces I could have ?
Happy to pay a reasonable postage cost + something for your efforts.
The Beoma will leave to it's owner soon and I wish to have the two operational Bezzera's and the small Saeco do the coffee thing for all our lovely and dedicated staff deserve.
What do you think ,do I have any hope "or am I dreaming".
Cheers,
Mick.

Free to a good home; i recently sold my doser grinder, i still have the darkroom timer i used with it. Basically you plug your grinder into the timer, then plug the timer into wall socket. When you press the big red button, the grinder will run for the time selected . Its old school eastern block build style . Very consistent and cuts down on waste when using a doser grinder

Free to a good home in Sydney if you pick up, or can post at buyers expense.

Hi all, i have a Fiorenzato F6 grinderfor sale , its a big beast, with 83mm burrs . Its in good overall condition, i've just bought a big doserless grinder, so moving this on. I have the hopper, but i used it with the cut down plastic hopper and clip on lid. I'll also include a darkroom timer i used it with to get consistent single dosing. All you have to do is press the red button on the timer, and also flick the grinder switch on, and it'll grind for the time its set to. Or you can just plug it in and run it as a standard grinder.
I have also removed the Auto function and flap from under the doser lid, to enable sweeping out the chute after grinding. Doser functions well, nice clean sweep and smooth function. One of the best i've used . Burr condition is good, i checked them when i bought it and still plenty of life left. Grinder body has a few small paint chips near the base. Happy to have it viewed before sale in Chatswood.

Prefer local sale as its a big heavy beast, i can also fit new burrs at cost for new buyer if they'd prefer that option

Price is $200

I have an Elektra Semi-automatica for sale, as it doesn't get used often enough. It's a beautiful machine and in very good condition. Just had a new pump and a service. The exterior is in VERY good condition, the UNDERSIDE of the base has had some surface rust, i completely stripped the machine and treated the rust with an anti-rust paint. The top of the base in very good condition. It comes with one genuine Elektra double p/f, i can throw in a good 58mm tamper if needed.
It is located in Sydney, reluctant to post, but would do so and pack well at buyers request. I can also get insurance if requested by the buyer. I work at a coffee machine place, and just see too many damaged postal machines, so would prefer local sale to avoid disappointment.

Price is $800 as is, or as another option i can get a new base fitted if requested for an additional $400
